Q: How long will it take to ship my order?
A: We aim to process all deliveries within 48 hours (excluding weekends and bank holidays) from time of purchase. Once processed:
- We aim to deliver to Europe in 1-3 weeks
- We aim to deliver to the rest of the world in 1-3 weeks
Q: Can I track my order?
A: We do not provide a tracking service at this current time. Alternatively, we can send out replacement products. just send an email to: info@banterking.com!

Q: My order is damaged upon receiving it, what can I do?
A: All our mugs a packaged and protected, which means there would rarely be any damages. However, in the rare case your mug is damaged or smudged due to human error, please email: info@banterking.com
Q: Do you offer priority shipping?
A: We currently offer standard shipping and are working on creating a priority shipping option!
